When will my order ship and will I receive an order confirmation?
After a successful checkout, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive. We will also give you an indication of delivery schedules.
How much is shipping and will I receive a shipping confirmation?
We charge standardised rates via Royal Mail UK for shipping and handling within the UK.
Our next day delivery cut-off is 12pm Monday-Thursday. All orders received after 12pm will be shipped next day the following day.
We offer both international rates, you will be able to view the options during checkout. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive this.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
We do not currently offer same day shipping but we're looking into this as a future offer, this may only be within the London M25 area.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do offer international shipping, you will be able to view the options during checkout. Any additional customs or duties fees are at the expense of the customer. bean is not liable for any additional fees incurred after shipment including taxes or customs charges.
Can I ship to a P.O.
We will not accept orders shipping to a P.O box. Any orders will be rejected and refunded.
Do you ship chocolate during warm weather or to warmer parts of the country/world?
We select the appropriate packing materials such as heat-tempered, insulated boxes and frozen gel packs to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. This is as standard for UK and International orders, we will monitor weather conditions and make the appropriate decision based on this. If your order arrives damaged or has been affected by heat, we will require proof of the damage and we will either replace or refund your order (your choice). You have 14 days to report any damaged goods from the date you received your order to contact us at email@example.com.Replacements or refunds will not be accepted after.
What are other restricting temperature concerns?
This is a tricky question. Chocolate confectionery is subject to temper or alter from its original form under unstable conditions (heat). We cannot accept responsibility or offer any guarantees as we cannot control temperature conditions. If only we could!
We will only allow returns if your order has been damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14-days after receiving your purchase. We will require imagery and the returned products to process a refund, items may not be tampered with or consumed. bean will review each return as orders may be subjected to partial-refunds if the conditions are not met.
